Who We Are
The Rehab Hub Glasgow provides Pilates classes, physiotherapy, musculoskeletal podiatry, sports rehabilitation, and other health and wellness services from our studios and clinics based in Glasgow.

Bookings and Cancellations for classes
Class Bookings

All bookings must be made in advance via our website, app, or in-studio.

Spaces are limited. We operate a first-come, first-served booking system.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class or appointment without charge. 24 hours for clinic appointments.

Late cancellations or no-shows

will result in the loss of the session or may incur a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel classes or appointments at short notice due to staff illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified and offered an alternative where possible.

Health and Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or injuries prior to participating in classes or treatments.

All participants must complete a health screening or consent form before attending their first class or clinic appointment.

If you are under medical supervision or pregnant, please seek clearance from your healthcare provider before participating.

The Rehab Hub Glasgow and its staff are not liable for any injury or condition that arises from participation unless due to proven negligence.

Code of Conduct

We expect all clients to treat staff and other members with respect.

Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate suspension or termination of services, with no refund.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry to avoid disruption.

Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made in advance through our secure booking system.

Refunds will not be issued for unused class credits or missed appointments.

You may not copy, record, or distribute any part of our sessions or materials without express written permission.
