Had my postural screening and biomechanics assessment this morning with Sarah Jane. Wow! I really need to start thinking about my body and taking care of myself. I knew my lifestyle and posture were all connected but this today has blown me away with how things all link from the feet up. It all makes sense now why my low back gets so much pain and I can't wait to get started with my plan.

Stage 1: Posture Assessment
Brain-based posture assessment. Your results will be emailed to you and also explained in person.
Stage 2: Podo Smart
Full screening with AI technology and a full report of findings. (You get the works with this) PodoSmart Gait assessment with in shoe technology used to see exactly what's going on.
Stage 3: Hands-on assessment
Based on your history and assessment findings, from here all hands-on tests will be carried out. This is very much dependent on the needs and findings of each patient.
Stage 4: Pulling it all together
When attending the aim is to find the cause of your pain/injury. After your assessments, we look at all the results and start to join the dots to begin to figure out why you're having your problem/pain.
Stage 5: Discuss your findings
By gathering all the information we go over this and show you what the findings mean so you understand what's going on.
Stage 6: Formulate a plan
Build your plan that is right for your needs and goals. We go over the options and allow you to build with us so what we provide brings in the best research but also considers your personal circumstances.
Stage 7: Rehab/treatment design
Rehab program designed sent via our online rehab hub.
Stage 8: Support and evaluate
As required, designed to suit your needs.
