A Friendship Full of Laughter, Cake, and Cows

Aw Ali can’t believe you’re not here but I’m very fortunate that what I’m writing you knew and grateful for the memories we made.

Laughter and cake was always at the centre of anything we done…I didn’t even have a sweet tooth but no way where we meeting and not having cake 😁

You introduced me to your love of the highland show and it became our annual trip and this year was no different you were determined we were going.most people associate Highland Show with animals but Ali always associated it for me as an opportunity for her to encourage me to spend money and judged how successful our day was by the number of bags I (we) had.

This year our shopping was jewellery and buying raffle tickets for a large cuddly highland cow that Ali just had to have….her family will no doubt know she came home with a very large highland cow.

Bizarrely I came home with a dress that Ali felt very strongly I should buy…what a laugh we had and the moment was so much fun I bought said dress
