Patient outcomes

People come to us stuck. We help them leave with a plan.

The best care is not just treatment on the day. It is helping you understand the problem, choose the right next step and feel confident about what to do when you leave.

What people arrive with

  • Heel pain that makes the first steps of the morning miserable.
  • Recurring ingrown toenails, verrucae or nail problems that keep coming back.
  • Shoulder, hip, knee or tendon pain that has not settled with rest.
  • Nervousness about starting Pilates, especially after injury or time away from exercise.

What we help them leave with

  • A clearer explanation of what is likely driving the problem.
  • A practical plan for treatment, strength, self-care or diagnostics.
  • The right clinician, class or next appointment rather than guesswork.
  • Confidence about how to keep moving without making things worse.
Foot pain

From avoiding walks to knowing the cause.

A common pattern is heel or arch pain that has dragged on for months. We assess the foot, load, footwear and movement pattern so the plan is based on what is actually driving it.

Clinic care

From vague advice to a clear next step.

When pain has not settled, people often need a better explanation. We help decide whether hands-on care, podiatry, ultrasound, gait analysis or strengthening is the right route.

Pilates

From nervous beginner to supported movement.

Many people start because they want to feel stronger but are not sure what is safe. We can guide you into classes, 1-to-1 Clinical Pilates or a clinic assessment first.

These are typical presentations we support at The Hub Glasgow. Your own plan depends on your assessment and clinical needs.

Who we help

Built for people who want to keep moving.

Whether you are walking, running, training, working at a desk or getting back after injury, we help you understand what is going on and choose the right next step.

Ask us first
Common questions

A few things people ask before booking.

If you are not sure where to start, these quick answers should help. You can still message us first and we will point you in the right direction.

What if I do not know which appointment to book?

Start with the closest option in the booking chooser, or send us a quick message. If something sounds urgent or needs a different clinician, we will guide you before you book.

Do I need a scan before I see someone?

Not always. Many problems can be assessed clinically first. If ultrasound, gait analysis or another diagnostic route would be useful, your clinician can explain why and what it may change.

Can I come if I have had pain for months?

Yes. Long-running pain is exactly when a clear assessment matters. We look for the likely driver, explain your options and build a plan around what you need to get back to.

Which clinic should I choose?

Choose the location that offers the service you need and is easiest for you to attend. The Hub has clinics across West End, Kinning Park and Dennistoun, with some specialist services available at specific sites.

Can Pilates help if I am injured?

Often, yes, but the right starting point matters. If you are actively in pain or unsure what is safe, a clinic appointment or 1-to-1 Clinical Pilates session may be better before joining a class.
